I recently had the unpalatable experience with child support collection activities against me. I without the assistance of an attorney got my child support case dismissed, and all collections ceased and the removal of those entries off of my credit report.

What I learned during this ordeal is something that will stick with me for a lifetime. Due to the urging of friends many who were unmercifully prosecuted by the child support system they wanted me to create a course to help out other men.

I am not an attorney. I can't I give you legal advice

I can tell you of my experiences, and I can point you in the right direction. I can give you references of law that will help you either A) get your child support case dismissed, or B) I can give you legal techniques and tactics to reduce your exposure.

Never in my life have I been treated in such a contemptible manner. I filed a formal complaint against the support magistrate. Thus resulting in a transfer to another support magistrate who after two hearings dismissed the case against me.


In this course, I will give you the core to get you started.

There are things that shocked me that the average man does not know about the child support system. One of the most blatant things is the understanding of jurisdiction.

If you reside in one state and the person who is seeking a support order against you and, she resides in another chances are high that they have no jurisdiction over you. Thus no support order can be entered by that state.

However, this happens every day of the week because many men do not know their rights. They assume that they must participate in the legal process by granting what is called inferred jurisdiction or inferred consent. We will delve into these topics and many others during this course.
